How to make sugar cinnamon roasted pumpkin seeds

Halloween is near by and after carving pumpkins with my kids we always have fun making roasted pumpkin seeds. This year, I wanted to try something different. Instead of the original recipe with salt, I decided to make sugar cinnamon flavour, omg so so so good. Just follow my steps and make this recipe a fun and memorable one for your little family.

Ingredients: 
1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds cleaned
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 Tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 Tsp melted unsalted butter
Step 1
 Heat oven to 300 degrees. Rinse the pumpkin seeds well and pat dry with paper towels.
 Step 2 
 In a bowl, incorporate your butter to your seeds and mix well.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then, coat your seeds with your cinnamon mixture and mix well.
 Step 4 
Place a parchemin paper onto a baking sheet. Spread coated seeds and bake for 30 minutes. Then, turn the seeds and bake another 30 minutes or until they are brown and crunchy.
